On the weekend, AgForce was horrified to read in the Courier-Mail that the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries’ (DAF) was slashing the opening hours of its regional offices and advising staff to hide from customers.

Agricultural extension, healthcare and primary education are increasingly scarce – our mission is to raise the issue with the Government and the community.

Last week, the Stand campaign was successful in highlighting another essential service – roads. Read AgForce’s media release and Mike's column in Queensland Country Life.
