EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: Communications and Advocacy Advisory Committee

AgForce is currently completing its strategic planning process for the period 2021-2024. A clear emerging theme from members and industry is for us to redouble our communication, engagement, and advocacy efforts. To support and guide that work, we are putting together a volunteer advisory group.

We seek here expressions of interest from people who would like to be involved in this group.

By way of background, in 2018 we put such a group together for a couple of meetings. Many volunteered to sit on it and while it only met a couple of times it gave enormous value in its guidance around communication, engagement and advocacy of your organisation at the time.

We are seeking to replicate that. In terms of time commitment, we would expect the group to meet monthly (by Zoom) for two hours and complete another approximately (it may vary) four hours in preparation and background reading for each of those meetings.
